01 — Problem
Hiring teams juggle dozens of recruitment agencies over email and spreadsheets. Agencies burn hours pitching for roles they can't fill. Neither side sees what the other values until late in the cycle — by which point the good candidates are already gone.
02 — Objective
- 01Give employers one place to publish structured, honest role briefs.
- 02Give recruiters a clear signal on which briefs are worth their bandwidth.
- 03Move candidate submissions from inbox threads to a shared, accountable surface.
- 04Keep status visible to both sides without either team logging into the other's tools.

- PostgreSQL
04 — Solution
- 01
Two-sided accounts with role-aware dashboards for employers and agencies.
- 02
Structured job briefs — requirements, compensation band, process, timelines.
- 03
Candidate submissions with résumé, summary, and a status thread per candidate.
- 04
Scoped messaging tied to the role, not to anyone's inbox.
